Congratulations on getting Game of the year! you truly deserved it. fancy pants man was an awsome addition to the game. when I was playing fancy pants I saw that it said he was suppose to be in it but you couldn't get the sprite in time So I was really suprised when I SAW him in the game! also I lost my save data =( oh well, it didn't matter that much. also is the stage color supose to be like that? and it seems as if the portal stage was sorta out of proper postion. well if these are things that you can fix please do, AWSOME JOB anyways.

So Fancy Pants Man is a stickman,who has orange pants and uses his pencil like a sword and wats more intresting is that he does some en grade.-s.But he,s a good fighter and I reccomend FPM to everyone playing this game.

PS:Damn,FPM has 3 arieal hit styles.Hope thats not a spoiler.

Fancy Pants Man. He's not Blockhead(D:),but he's still a new character. Great animation. Anyway, All this has left me with a few questions:

1. 2 1/2 new characters in one year. Is this really the last character update? I like always having that little shimmer of hope burning.
2. I'd have thought FPM's projectile woulda been that shell thing that you kick around to do stuff(like unlock new pants). What made you choose the spider(which is pretty cool)?
3. His story confuses me a bit. He got lured into Newgrounds by Pico and Nene for some reason. Something about destroying anything that opposes them?
4. Do you think you could add a "abysmal" setting for the quality? My computer sucks, and I think it would be faster if I could turn off more of the effects, like maybe making it so that it instantly switches to the next screen on the main menu, instead of everything scrolling off the screen?
5.Let's just say that the gods granted you the power to instantly add a single character to the roster. No work, no toiling ___ days(weeks?) making sexy animations, Just instantly adding one character to the roster with all the smooth effects and attacks. Who would you add to the Newgrounds Rumble roster? Thank you for your time.

P.S: I see Fancy Pants really DOES have high health! 360 exactly. Good work. :)

A few more questions:

1. I noticed FPM doesn't do his head-banging thing when you duck rapidly like he does in his games. Did anyone else notice this while adding him? Just thought I'd point that out.

2. When it says FPM has slow recovery, is that talking about the long lag at the end of his combos?

3. If you do Alloy's crouching weak attack, and then right after do his crouch-strong attack, he does a different move where he swings two hooks in front of him. Does anyone else have any less-noticeable combos, or was this stopped early on?

4. Why does Salad Fingers jump higher than everyone else?

5. Who do think has the coolest and/or best projectile in the game?

6. In the description for the last challenge, it says "You'll be playing as the villains, because frankly, evil is cooler.", but when you look at the characters who will be fighting, it says "Heroes" right above Piconjo and Convict.

I'm sure all three of your worked very hard to create such an awesome game!

It really does have that Smash Bros feel to it.

One time I remember a while back, I kept asking if Red Baron would star in this cause Hank was suddenly added. But that's cause I'm a Baron Fanatic. I don't understand Game Programing but I heard it's long, and sometimes difficult to handle.

So even though it doesn't have my favorite NG character, it was still an awesome game and totally worth the Tank Trophy.

My favorite characters were P-Bot, Samurai A, and Alien Hominid.

The schematics were perfect! Like I could pick up a gamecube controller and play it as if it were Super Smash Bros...and giving each character their own story to follow only made the Newgrounds Fans love Newgrounds even more!

In some cases I wonder how you were allowed to annimate Piconjo as I thought the original artist Adam Fulton, committed suicide. I can't say I did my reasearch (cause I didn't) so I don't mean to offend.

I must say that Adding Hank to the adventure was a good call! The last stage especially made me feel like I was playing the Madness Series itself!

The only thing I don't like was playing as Tankman, his handling seemed a little off, and he's probably not the best fighter...maybe I just don't know how to handle him.

The most intriguing character to me would have to be Salad Fingers. I had no idea he could fight! And his Screaming Doll was both creepy and cool!

Basically, it's everything Newgrounds Represents, and has all the mascots duke it out! My second favorite game!

Amazing Game! That's all I can say.

Edit: You'll hate me for saying this but Fancy Pants' strong attacks (especially the neutral combo) are incredibly slow. =P

A couple more questions:

1. Since Convict and Piconjo have the highest health in the game, and since Convict's health stays the same when he transforms, wouldn't Convict turned into Samurai or P-Bot have, like, no cons? High attack power, good combos, good range, average attacking speed. The only thing keeping them from being overpowered was their health, wasn't it?
2. When you said Convict can transform into any character, does this include Henchman? I'm not asking for anything to be changed, I know you're done with that. Just wondering.
3. Enough questions about NGR(I think). What are you working on now? Whatever it is, I hope it makes a deep enough footprint in the sands of Newgrounds time as Rumble did..... That was one of the deepest sentences I've ever said on Newgrounds.

Mr. ONE you never seem to let us down, NGR IS the best game on Newgrounds, you brilliant at making these games, please keep it up, we're constantly appreciative of what you have given to everyone here at Newgrounds, and May I say your games the first and perhaps only game to be rated a 10 (I professionally review games. so for anyone who needs a review here it is:

COMMENTS: The game play is very fun, the stringed combos really work well and you can really combine many moves together . The stages host a variety of strategies.

COMMENTS: It isn't the best graphics, but it keeps the look of the characters in their usually most popular look. It's like combining all the games together. and it looks fantastic, the stages are also well done.

Yeah, I was being sarcastic... Strawberry Clock in an RPG....He doesn't seem like much of a fighter. Maybe he could be, like, the super-easy enemy that you fight as a tutorial in the beginning of the game, or something. Or, maybe that outside chance won't succeed in getting him in the game. So, wait...Is this game going to be a Newgrounds-based RPG? NGRPG....I like the sound of that.

heh, i have a few character add on ideas that some may like... the dad 1 is common so thats 1, Cloud would be a nice twist as an unlockable character 2, and unfiortuneatly im out of ideas atm. if you want more, you can ask on my user page....not so good at thinking this late.

I'll say something else about the new characters. NegativeONE isn't very fond of 3rd-party characters. In this case, 3rd-party characters are characters that were not 100% created for and on Newgrounds. Dad might make an appearance. BOTH Dads could make an appearance. Actually, a fight between huge, purple Dad and Normal-sized, super-powered Dad might be pretty cool. But Cloud? No. There could be 50 pages of movies starring Cloud on Newgrounds, and he still wouldn't have a chance, because he was made for Final Fantasy. A banana from Charlie the Unicorn 2 has a greater chance of being a main character in this game than Cloud has of even showing up in it.....Right?

You're gonna continue are you? I find it fascinating that you made this and all but uh make another game plzs. I like asking semi-random questions. These all have to do with what would happen if two famous Newgrounds characters fought.

1. Like I said above, a fight between a huge, Purple Dad with a Chainsaw hand fighting a seemingly-normal Dad with super powers and a head that lights on fire would be pretty cool. If someone actually made these two awesome fathers fight, who do you think would win. My vote would be for Super-powered Dad.
2. Same question, but with Joe Zombie and the guy from The Last Stand. I'd say Joe.
3. Salad Fingers vs Blockhead. It might just be a wait to see who goes insane first. I have no idea what would happen.
4. Hank or Xiao Xiao?
5. Now let's pretend that all of the fighers above teamed up with the other fighter in that question. So, Dad and Dad vs Joe and LS guy vs Salad and Blockhead vs Hank and Xiao Xiao. Who would die first/second/third, etc., and what team would be the last one standing?

I just noticed that you and the other authors of NGR are constantly harassed with character suggestions. People keep suggesting the same characters over and over again. You NG stars must be incredibly patient to put up with our crap.

Well, of course there's ROOM for one more character. There's room for several more characters.The icons would get pretty small, but there's definately room for them. Dad is a BIG purple-skin skull face character that has a chain-saw as his weapon and is VERY aggressive.

Well there are a ton of characters that deserve to be in NGR. I'd say Bitey because, duh, he's awesome and I'd like a "speed" character. DIRGE, maybe because the Xombie Series is pretty good. Paladin, since it provides a good adventure game, which is hard to find. Some of the characters you put in are unfair. I mean Samurai Asshole was only in one puny game.
