The only bad thing about this update is that ALL stories are fucked up now.
They are too short now...for example: Pico's story is 2 battles long now.

I hope you guys fix it when you add Hank's story :D

It's really cool that you did this. This could be something you do every so often, update the game to include new characters modes and levels. Its somethin not to practical since the swf changes, and NG isnt the most practical place to do this since something usually is big when its released, then once past the portal, off the front page etc it doesnt get as big a boost, so that's why it's so cool you'd do this.

Maybe you should add a special boss for each character? (for example,the madness clown and/or Jesus for hank, that goth alien (forgot the name) for Pico,and so forth) just a thought

nice hank's addition was eh nothing too great. his aerials are complicated to land a huge juggle. but hey he is good overall. i think its quite hard to beat his story on omfg mode. i beat both the others. also i found that its best to take down the first spawn at the bottom. also i think there's a glitch that when you first enter challenge mode and look at the first challenge, you'll see 2 hanks and a piconjo, but if you move away to look at a different challenge and come back it turns back to only piconjo.

Great level. Good idea making it more interactive, it's loads of fun. I hope you make another update in the future (maybe a character) there awesome. I bet if you asked Adam Phillips to draw a bitey character and Brackenwood (think thats how you spell it) level he would. Anyway awesome new level, awesome game.

Sweet, Hank. But the thing thats hard about playing as him is, besides being slow, when your right next to someone, your guns don't hit them. But the detail is awesome. I found his story boring. And you should make him blow up,like in apotheosis, when he dies.
P.S: ADD BLOCKHEAD. His projectile can be to throw radishes, and his main moves could be the tongs.

When you click on Salad Fingers in Story mode, the yellow box outline is really off.

Minor glitch though. Just thought I'd let you know =)

i think the game was great!the challenge 'boys vs girls'is easier and thats because you face the henchmen and its better and you should make a madness rumble same as this but madness characters but make it where you have to buy the clown and jesus and make them how they are in 'mc6'ok that would be a way better game and make it where you have to buy the 'mc7'v. of hank and the'mc5'v. ,'mc4'hank,''mc3'hank,'mc2' and 'mc1'hank are the same so make it where you have buy those versions of hank ok

u should add a few characters oh i dunno (dirge from xombie,Blockhead(for sure),Bitey(PLEASE I BEG OF YOU),Paladin(i dunno why) and maybe just maybe,YOU(a prize for clearing every other characted in story mode and clearing challenge mode) thats it)

Oh, yeah. I don't know if you fixed it yet, but the yellow border around Salad Fingers name isn't bordering it. It's off to the side a bit. And what does it mean when it says Hank has a free gun pickup? if it means his regular attacks, it's not really a Pro. It actually makes it harder to hit enemies, cuz you can't be right next to them. I know you're tired of hearing this, but PLEASE add Blockhead! He can use tongs and radishes and a toaster and the raptor. Hey, what are you working on at the moment?

I agree with (mostly) everyone else; ADD BLOCKHEAD!!!!! You could make him say some of his lines and have him use tongs and radishes. You cold make him say "Zooooooooom!" when he throws a radish. Just please, add Blockhead!

I know you're tired of hearing pleas for characters,(and apparently hearing things in general, lol) but what character, if you could do it in an instant, would YOU want to add to it? oh yeah. one more thing. I think you should fix alien hominids projectile. everytime he shoots with it, his opponent flies into the air, wich is pretty lame because his bullets cant do their full effect, so the enemy dosent take every bullet.

3) FancyPants Man from FancyPants Adventure
4) Disorderly from... well, Disorderly
5) Darnell, Cassandra, and various other characters from Pico
6) Steve and Skittles from TANKMEN
7) Bitey from Brackenwood
8) Paladin from Paladin
9) Xombie from Xombie
10) Blockhead from Blockhead (somehow)
11) The Clocks (just for the sake of being able to kick their asses)
12) Tom Fulp and the rest of the NG staff
13) Weebl and Bob (somehow)
14) XiaoXiao, or Jase (Killing Spree), or some sort of stick figure character

I could list lots more (trust me), but the list is rediculously long as it is, also, at least add one or two of them (cuz if you add all of them, my head would explode, literally, from joy, plus it would be a bitch to program)

What's all this about Fancy Pants? Oh, never mind. I don't really care if you add someone at the moment. I just became really patient about this overnight. It's a good game. Even if you stopped working on it completely, It's still easily the greatest fighting game on the internet. People are begging for dozens of new characters. They act like you can make them in a few days. I know almost nothing about Flash, but I know that a game with as smooth animation and effects as this game takes TIME. I'm not sure what exactly you're working on right now, or even if you're planning on working anytime soon, but whatever it is, I can wait.

P.S: Can you add Yoda to Rumble?(just kidding)

In pretty much all of his games and movies, Pico uses some type of gun(usually his uzis, but not always). I was wondering, why does Pico use his gun ONLY in his projectile? And why does Nene only use her knives for a projectile? I just think it's kind of wierd.

P.S. I was playing in vs mode(as both people, to test out stats), and I noticed that Piconjo actually has the same amout of HP as Pico(400, i think). Why don't you mention that in his pros?(I was playing on an earlier version of the game, so I could be wrong.)

Salad Fingers has the highest range and lowest walking speed, Piconjo has the highest power and slowest attacks(I think), Alloy has the fastest attacks and lowest range. I've been trying to figure out the health for a while now(by playing both players in 2 player). Who has the highest/lowest HP?(and lowest average attack, if you don't mind)

I love your game, dude! It is awesome to the max! There should be MORE charaters in Newgrounds Rumble, like Rage (Dad 'n Me), his dad (Chainsaw the Children), Hooch (Pimp's Quest), the four colored knights (Castle Crashers), Staggy (Staggy), and Throwback the Duck! Then it would make Newgrounds Rumble even MORE awesome!

Forgot to mention Dirge, Nephtys & Xoe [Zoe] (cause I recently watched Xombie, and it was fucking sweet!) and the Clocks (the fruits and vegetables with clock faces on them). They'd make great Newgrounds Rumble characters, too!

Stop asking for more characters! If he's thinking about adding a character, I think he'll tell us. You know what would be funny in a cruel sort of way? You should remove half of the characters for a week or so. Just to see how people react. That would be hilarious.

I just realized...I've made several comments on this page, but not in one of them have I actually said my opinion on the game. Heh. Newgrounds Rumble is the greatest game on Newgrounds-BY FAR. Nothing stands up to this. It has all of Newgrounds greatest heroes.(Some people say that there are more to be in it, but these are the greatest.) From some of my favorite Newgrounds characters(Nene, Hank), to some that I never knew before this game(S'Asshole, Alloy), and even both of those combined(This introduced me to Salad Fingers. THANK YOU, MAN!), this game has it all. Greatest online Fighting game, one of the best online games of all time. NegativeONE, You rock.

No one else has even mentioned this, so I think I might be the first person to play as him. Sure, he may be like Hank with 5x less health, but it's still awesome. So all this time, he was right there, right in front of our(or maybe Hank's.*hinthint*)noses. I feel like I'm making too big a deal over this. Either way, You rock even more than I thought.

I have to say, I'm pretty confused. Pico,( who's pros say above-average health), Salad Fingers, (who's cons say he has low health), possibly Convict(Who's pros say he's balanced), and Hank(Who's pros and cons mention nothing about health) all have about the same amount of health. All of these are higher than Nene(who has "High" health), but lower than Piconjo(Who's pros and cons say nothing about health).And P-Bot, a ROBOT, has waaay lower health than everyone else(besides Henchman, of course). If you could shed some light on the subject, it would really help. Thanks! =)

Thanks for clearing that up. So the order of hp from least to greatest is Henchman, S'asshole, P-Bot, Tankman/A.Hominid, Nene, Pico/SaladFingers/Hank, Alloy, and Piconjo/Convict having the highest. Maybe I'll do this with other stats. Range and speed should be easy (I'm pretty sure I know who's the fastest/slowest), but finding the average attack power is another thing.

Henchman also has less power, and his parries are normal. But that's the point of his character. Try a one-on-three match with three henchman on a team. It's fun to see how fast you can kill three henchmen, and it's fun to see if you can win a match as a team of three Henchmen. OR, a two-on-two match, and both people have a Henchman n their team. OR....A free-for-all with four Henchman. I've done that on every stage. I'm glad he's in it.

I suggest adding Skull Dad from Dad'n Me.
Also the Thing-Thing character with all heads,emotions,helmets,clothes,boots and weapon choosing.
BEST IDEA:
Add Character editor to make characters,choose their heads,health(minimum 40 maximum 400),weapon,body look.
Head suggestions-Commander X tankmen's head,Skittles's head,Henchman head,piconjo head,pico head,pico's cousin head and maybe more.
Clothes suggestion-Those Commander X and Skittles and other's armors(not of this captain steve),everyone's pants with changable colour(not P-BOT's),boots of all characters but not P-BOT
Also even adding some Thing-Thing helmets then the game would be the greatest.If it couldnt fit on NG just upload it on www.mediafire.com with a link to it so everyone could download it and play forever.

Do you realize how much work that would be? Even just making the different movesets to choose from would take a ridiculous amount of time. And mixing up the body parts of people.....If a guy has Henchman's legs and Pico's torso, not only would it look really weird, but it would add even MORE work to the moveset. Say you made the above character have a punch-kick-punch combo. I might be wrong, but wouldn't there would have to be a separate combo for each individual torso/leg combination, because every character looks so unique? That's a LOT of work. Sure, it would be cool to have something like that. Not a character creator, exactly, but some sort of moveset chooser. But considering the amount of time it takes to make the Kick-ass animations for ONE character,I don't think they're going to be making a character creator. Sorry if I sound like an ass, I'm not trying to.

Well if theres not gonna be Character Editor i would just want:
Skull Dad from Dad'n Me
Steve,Commander X and Skittles from Tankmen series
The Thing-Thing character with (changable clothes or not if NegativeOne doesnt want to)

Koopa, like he said it's not impossible, just difficult for some people because of the time it takes. If he has the patience and skill to add new stuff, he probably will.

and the winner is, NG rumble! you won the tank award! I hate to be a nuisance but are you ever going to add another character to NG rumble?

I think you should add that waterlollies dude as a character, I think his name is bitey, Well if you adding him watch the movie waterlollies and study bitey characteristics, if you have already seen it you know he's really fast! NG rumble is getting dull now with nothing to unlock (I've unlocked henchman) and with the challenges all beaten. its a very fun game andi really hope you add new things to it! And I got an idea, you know tom fulp and and that other guy knew project the Behemoth- Castle crasher thing, NG rumble will probably get more popular if you had a Character called "Castle crasher" or something! Well anyway, keep up this great work! I knew it was going to be great right from the start! NG rumble is the game that brought me to this site! And a great thing you could do is when you put the character's other appearances, also put collections or series, like hank or the henchman's thing mention the madness series and maybe krinkles too!

God job with the adding of Fancy Pants Man from Fancy Pants Adventures. I hope you know there is a glitch on the first stage with him, when you're facing Samurai Asshole there is some sort of purple framing around the sides of the screen it appears at the bottom and the left.

I don't care about Bitey. We should have StrawberryClock, I mean it's a Newgrounds tradtional character/user. I'm pretty bummed why you add Hank and Fancy Pants and not StrawberryClock.

Theres a bit of a bug or something when I played hank's final level, and it didn't happen before. The henchman just stopped moving and started twitching for some reason.
