[Oh Beautiful Day]

lmao, too hilarious

That was the funniest thing I've seen in about an hour or so. Everything about it was comic gold. It seemed like you were cutting corners sometimes, but then that could've been in the interest of making it funnier, which it did. It could've used sound, but then again, sound could've ruined it. Don't mess with perfection, I guess they say ;)

Should go to "Song 2" by Blur. As for the movie, not bad, though I'm not a fan of sprite movies. Could have been longer. I think I've seen one other BOF parody, but I don't recall it's name or id.

...should go to Nine Inch Nails who made "The Perfect Drug". A thousand years of torture should go to whoever turned it into "The Perfect Girl". Maybe it was the original version, and it was saying 'drug', but your captions said 'girl' and the sound file was such low quality that it was hard to tell.
You have to give a lot to make a sprite movie that's actually impressive. I'm not sure if you did give your all in this one. It seemed kind of mediocre. I'm sorry. Keep Flashing and all, I'd just suggest you stay away from sprites.

I actually have a part-finished Quake 3 movie, myself. I've moved it aside to work on other, more important projects, but I'd like to believe that it'll be finished someday. Not a bad movie you've got here. The art seems to be pixels tho? That's weird. Sound was sufficient; taken from the game itself. Overall good. Keep Flashin'

[Brain Dead Ina]

Loved it.

Consistent style and quality in your art, despite apparently being a team of 7 or so. This was a fun, gratuitously violent contribution to the Hallowe'en slew. Seeing something like this almost makes me wanna be a part of INA (doesn't seem like you have any scripters ;) ;)). Heh, overall, very exceptional. A lot of pops and scratches in the audio, but it didn't bother me all that much.

[Megaman:Titanium Rhapsody]

Hugely overrated

Make a movie about Megaman and it doesn't matter if it's monotonous or uninspiring. It's still "the best movie evar!!11" according to all the mm fanboys. It kinda bothers me. Sprites really urk me because it's nothing short of stealing someone else's work, so the only reason I gave you a five in graphics is because you seem to have drawn a couple of your own sprites (the instruments, for example). But I could be wrong, maybe those are ripped too.
I'm sorry, I just kinda tire of seeing tweened bitmaps excel over Newgroundzillas and the Madness series and so many other deserving entries. I hope you can respect my opinion. I think I've been reasonable in my scoring of your movie.

That's fair. Sprite movies have the added advantage of nostalgia towards the viewers. I get annoyed sometimes by people who just dismiss sprite movies as crap in general, but I do respect good vector-drawn movies more than good sprite movies. This took me a long time to make, but even I think the score's a little crazy high right now. No doubt that will settle over time - once a movie's gotten a high score, people are more careful in their voting even if they like it a lot.

Wild frame-by-frame effects, really makes me look forward to when you're going to be my effects guy for the platformer :D That project will be a sure winner.
But back to the movie.. supreme graphics, a well chosen sound, some nice gratuitous violence. Overall a very-well made teaser. From what I've seen of Hostile 2, this one's gonna be a winner.

I was *just* thinking 'man, I could sure go for another You're A Fucking Moron' right now, and voila! As always, you've delivered work representitive of your reputation. Laugh out loud funny, original, and stylish.
A learning experience too, no doubt. Now I know to deliver the missus a donkey punch now and then, just 'to show her I care' ;)

Seems like it's been a while since Kegel was lost in Tijuana, so it's great to see this show up. You've kept consistent with your style of animation and humor, producing another installment worthy of the Top 50. Animations this great and this funny are getting harder and harder to come by, I find. I hope you keep Flashing well into the next decade ;)
